Monthly and Corporate Car Rental in Lahore
Holding a car and a driver for a month is a different arrangement from thirty daily hires, and it should be priced like one.
A monthly booking holds a specific vehicle and a specific driver for you, on agreed working days and hours, at a rate quoted for your actual usage rather than a stack of daily rates. Because monthly patterns differ so much between a school run and a sales territory, we quote each one individually and put the hours, the days, the allowance and any distance expectation in writing before the month begins.

How it is built
What a monthly quote has to settle
A monthly rate is not a discount on a daily rate. It is a different product, and it only works if six things are decided before it starts. We put all six in the quote.
- The vehicle, by name. Not a class. A specific car, held for you, with a stated replacement of the same class if it goes in for service.
- The working days. Five, six or seven, and what an additional day costs if you need one.
- The daily hours. Nine to six is a different car from eight to eight, and the difference should be in the rate rather than in an overtime argument in week three.
- Where it goes. Inside Lahore, or the occasional run to Faisalabad and Sialkot. Out of city days carry the overnight allowance and are agreed in advance.
- Fuel. At cost, as on every other booking. On a monthly arrangement we can also settle it against a fuel card or a monthly reconciliation, whichever your accounts prefer.
- The allowance. PKR 500 on a full day in the city, PKR 2,000 a night outside it, stated in the quote so the monthly invoice has no surprises in it.

What a monthly booking does not suit is an unpredictable week. If you need a car on nine days out of thirty, nine daily hires will cost you less and we will say so.

We do not publish a monthly figure per vehicle, because a monthly figure that ignores your hours and days is the kind of number that gets revised halfway through the month. What we publish is the daily rate it is built from, and the terms that apply either way.

One thing to check in any monthly quote
Ask what happens on day 31, and what happens if you end early. Published monthly terms in this market include a seven day notice requirement for cancellation and a full day's charge plus fuel and driver costs on early termination. Neither is unreasonable. Both are worth knowing in week one rather than week four.

How much is monthly car rental in Lahore?
It depends on the vehicle, the working days, the daily hours and whether the car stays inside the city. Published monthly figures in this market range from about PKR 100,000 for a small hatchback to PKR 650,000 for a Land Cruiser, and the same operator often publishes two different monthly figures for the same car on two pages. Ask for a written quote against your actual pattern.
Is a monthly rate cheaper than daily rates?
Materially, yes, for a regular pattern. Thirty daily hires of a Corolla at PKR 5,500 is PKR 165,000 before anything else. A monthly arrangement for the same car is priced against committed usage rather than thirty separate risks.
Do I get the same car and the same driver every day?
That is the point of a monthly booking, and we agree it in writing. If the assigned car goes in for service you get a replacement of the same class, not a smaller one.
What about six days a week versus seven?
Monthly arrangements in this market are usually quoted on a six day week, and the seventh day is where unwritten expectations cause friction. We state the working days, the daily hours and what a seventh day costs before the month starts.
Can a company get an invoice?
Yes. Tell us the company name, the reference and the billing cycle when you set up the booking, and the invoice matches the agreed figures with no reconciliation at the end.
